I remember around 1997 Apple was struggling when Mac clone makers were gaining the edge. A few years later I thought Apple was going to go bankrupt and though they were such a joke. I avoided their products because the Macs were associated with the wacky San Francisco crowd. Today, thanks to Steve Jobs, I have an iPhone and can't wait for my iPhone 4S upgrade. He changed my whole view of the company.
